Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your first chance to make a positive impact on buyers from a street perspective. The good and bad features that jump out at buyers create their initial thoughts about your home and how you keep up your house's regular maintenance.
Acknowledging this assists us in deciding what plan of action we can use to attract buyers from the street and into your house. If your home isn't pretty on the outside with retouched paint and colorful garden plants we'll need to address those issues. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and elevate your house's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Does your home seem to say, "This is Your New Home" to a buyer? Touring your place with a buyer's eye, I'll suggest adjustments that enhance sales appeal.
I'll advise you reduce the effect of anything that gives the look of clutter. Tabletops should be neatly arranged. Brick-a-brack, souvenirs, family photos, and kids' drawings should get stored away too. We'll simplify the decor of house. Less than inviting or dirty spaces make your home look less spacious and buyers have a more difficult time seeing themselves living there.
I know instantly where a room's best characteristics are and how to highlight them. Areas that directly impact your sale price include easy-to-fix items like pieces of furniture that should be removed, rooms that need fresh paint, carpet that needs to be steamed, fixtures that need shining, and windows that need washing
Potential buyers want to see a home that brings them inside. Anything that could be "offensive" should go into storage in order for your property to garner mass appeal during any visit.

Setting the Stage
At every showing, we want to capture buyers' attention. To eliminate shadows critical and we'll draw back curtains, and reduce shadows where needed to welcome the buyer. We'll enhance the ambiance with enjoyable music to listen to while guests look around your home and make sure a pleasant scent circulates room-to-room. We'll incorporate cozy-looking blankets, and pillows on your loveseat and bedding. Buyers should feel like your current place is their future home. |
