Eric Humes is a Partner and Managing Broker for Renaissance Realty South. He graduated from the UNIVERSITY OF NEVADA LAS VEGAS with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Affairs (Communications and Spanish). He has been practicing real estate full-time since 2003.
Before real estate, Eric worked with the Public Realtions firms of BALLARD COMMUNICATIONS and JOHN HANKS COMMUNICATIONS where he worked to market and maintain corporate communications for various businesses. He is a former past-president of PRSSA and active member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS.
Eric has served as a community leader, youth leader for the BOYS SCOUTS OF AMERICA, and other various charities. He speaks and writes fluent Spanish have lived in Costa Rica for two years.
He is a 2nd generation native of Southern Nevada and currently resides
with his family in Henderson, NV. An avid weekend athlete, Eric enjoys:
basketball, tennis, raquetball, ping pong, soccer, and paintball.
